- Finely dice an onion and mix it with 1 cup buttermilk along with one fourth teaspoon black pepper (kali mirch) powder and drink.
- Regularly intake garlic (lasan) cloves for a few days.
- Regularly intake coriander (dhania) decoction made by boiling 2 teaspoon dry seed powder in 1 cup water. (Milk and sugar can be added to improve its taste. This could be a welcome substitute for tea or coffee.)
- Keep away from Rich Food
- Avoid food via animal origin; Avoid palm and coconut oil
- Be habitual Physical Exercise.
- The quantity of fibre in the diet also influences the cholesterol levels and LDL cholesterol can be lowered by taking diets rich in fibres.
